All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (Recorded and Signed For ™) service, and therefore will require somebody at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Orders should take between 1 and 3 working days to be delivered. If you require Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, please contact us directly for shipping prices.

The cost of P&P to the mainland UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man is £3.75.

For orders placed on a working day Mon-Fri, we aim to process and despatch items within 48 hours. If you require a faster delivery time, please contact us and we may be able to arrange a Special Delivery or Next Day service for an additional cost.

If you require a product that is shown as out of stock on our website, we will endeavour to restock, process and despatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders that are not in stock will take around 7-21 days to be delivered, depending on lead times, however we will contact you with a more definitive lead time on your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Items listed as 'Back Order' are subject to approximately 7-28 days lead times, plus delivery (approx 1-2 working days). If you require a faster lead time on any items on back order, please contact us directly and we will try our best to source the product(s) more rapidly, if availability allows.
